Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are well aligned with organizational needs while preserving compatibility across different system components.

Collaboration with other teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.




- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Viva Development.
- Experience with integration of APIs and use of low-code platforms to customize applications.
- Solid understanding of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and their operational requirements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Viva Development.
- This position is based at CDC5A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
