Role Overview

- Offshore BAU role requiring an independent contributor who can manage reporting requirements with minimal supervision.
- Candidate should be capable of coordinating directly with onsite stakeholders and business users.
- Responsible for understanding data, analyzing requirements, performing data mapping, and developing reports/dashboards.

Mandatory Skills

- Power BI (Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience)
- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) with proven project experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Complex queries
- Data extraction and reporting
- Read operations and data analysis
- Power BI Dashboard and Visualization development
- Requirement gathering and business analysis
- Data mapping and source-to-target understanding

SSRS Expectations

- Strong hands-on experience in developing operational reports using SSRS.
- Candidate should provide project examples/evidence showcasing SSRS implementation.
- Ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into SSRS reports.

Power BI Expectations

- Experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modelling
- Data visualization best practices
- Must have delivered at least 1-2 end-to-end Power BI projects.

SQL Expectations





- Solid proficiency in SQL queries.
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Query optimization concepts

Domain Knowledge

- Banking experience preferred
- Basic understanding of:
- Account transactions
- Banking reports
- Financial data and reporting processes

Additional Preferred Skills

- MSBI Developer background
- SSIS experience (added advantage)
- PySpark exposure (preferred)

Not Required

- Tableau experience is not required.

A Power BI + SSRS + SQL Specialist with 5+ years of experience, capable of independently handling reporting requirements, coordinating with onsite teams, understanding business requirements, analyzing data, performing mappings, and delivering high-quality dashboards and operational reports.

Banking domain exposure will be a strong advantage.
