Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company.
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Should have consultancy experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.
