Role Description The Business Development Manager – Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in exhibition stand design and fabrication, building a strong sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets.
Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting service offerings and proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships from initial inquiry through project execution.



The role collaborates closely with the design and production teams to translate client requirements into feasible solutions and ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capabilities.
The Business Development Manager also tracks market trends, attends industry events, and maintains updated records in CRM tools to support forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development or sales within exhibitions, events, marketing services, or related design and fabrication domains.
- Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation to close deals effectively.
- Ability to understand exhibition stand design, fabrication processes, and project timelines to communicate solutions confidently to clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Competence in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify new sectors and growth opportunities.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, travel as required for client meetings and exhibitions, and manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
