Hiring: Master South Indian Chef (Corporate Chef)

Experience Required: 15+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Master South Indian Chef with strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine and corporate kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading culinary teams, launching recent restaurant concepts, and maintaining exceptional food quality.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Minimum 4 years as a Corporate Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine.
- Expertise in authentic regional South Indian dishes, menu engineering, and recipe standardization.
- Hands-on experience in pre-opening restaurants and brand launches.
- Strong experience in staff hiring, training, and kitchen team development.
- Ability to set up SOPs, food costing, inventory control, and quality standards.
- Excellent knowledge of vendor management and the local food market.




- Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
- Ability to travel and support multiple restaurant locations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee South Indian kitchen operations across outlets.
- Develop innovative menus while maintaining authentic flavors.
- Manage pre-opening activities, including kitchen setup and team recruitment.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen productivity.
- Train and mentor chefs to maintain brand standards.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing quality ingredients.
