We are looking to hire a Manager- Finance & Accounts with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance and accounts manager are expected to be detail-oriented, individual contributor and manager [ Hands on Manager not administrative], knowledgeable about income tax, Ind AS, internal controls, have strong problem-solving skills, and an inquisitive/ thinking mind.

Essential skills:

1. Strong working knowledge of GST and Income Tax
2. Familiarity with IndAS, Companies Act 2013
3. Capability to work oneself (individual contributor) and review the work assigned by CFO i.e., leading by example
4. Working knowledge of book closure and financial statement under Ind AS
5. Working Knowledge of Tally and/or SAP
6. Knowledge of internal controls/ Sox would be added advantage
7. Should be driven by purpose and be knowledge centric i.e be well read to be able to contribute objectively to discussion to the team based on facts and requirements under law

Good to have skills:

Knowledge of Income tax laws and filing.





Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.

Assists CFO to make financial decisions.

Understanding of statistics and other analytical tools

Attitude:

Hands on and capability to pass entries, and do what is needed while keeping colleagues motivated

Team player and productive with professional attitude

Soft skills are valued

Capability to handle pressure and be efficient and add to the strength of the team.
