Domain: Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities (Mandatory)
Key Project Focus: Back -end integration projects, specifically post -execution processes (middleware to settlement) and infrastructure.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shapes and leads complex programs, applying insights from diverse projects.
Develops and owns project/program work plans.
- Governance & People Management: Ensures quality, standardization, and effective communication across projects/programs. Effective at issue resolution and managing teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinates and chairs working group meetings with cross -divisional stakeholders.
- Experience: Significant consulting experience in project/program management within Financial Institutions.
