#### Job Description:

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer (Non-IT) for a prestigious MNC client located in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should possess 1–3 years of practical sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES industry and should be well-versed in recruiting for various sectors such as BFSI, F&A;, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement, HR, Pharma, Healthcare, Legal, and more.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate candidates based on job descriptions and salary ranges

- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals

- Identify suitable candidates for a wide range of non-IT positions across different functions

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance throughout the sourcing process

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets as part of a high-performing team

#### Key Skills Required:





- 1–3 years of sourcing experience within the BPO/ITES domain

- Experience in sourcing for roles in BFSI, Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, Analytics, Procurement, HR, Pharma, Healthcare, Legal, etc.

- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and team player

- Self-starter with a proactive attitude

#### Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate

- Preferred: Background in Humanities / Management
