About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java
Developer to design and implement enterprise-grade Java-based solutions. You
will lead a technical team, drive architecture decisions, and ensure
high-quality, scalable, and performant systems using the latest frameworks and
DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and product
owners to deliver business-critical solutions.

- Gather functional/non-functional requirements and
design robust technical solutions using Spring Boot and Spring
Cloud.

- Architect and implement scalable, distributed Java
applications.

- Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure
adherence to best practices.

- Conduct PoCs, adopt DevOps practices, and
standardize software delivery processes.

- Monitor and validate system performance,
scalability, and flexibility.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions
with organizational goals.





- Troubleshoot design issues, optimize performance,
and integrate applications.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot,
and Spring Cloud (configuration management, circuit breaker,
security, service discovery, Sleuth, load balancing).

- Solid understanding of multithreading and
distributed architecture design.

- Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra).

- Exposure to Apache Spark, Data Science, ML
& AI concepts.

- Strong software architecture, design, and
problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and
stakeholder management abilities.
