Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders.
- Drive campus placement activities, including internships and final placements.
- Identify new recruiters and expand the employer network.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align training programs with industry needs.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and career development sessions.
- Conduct soft skills, aptitude, and interview preparation training for students.




- Track placement data and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

- Atleast 5–8 years of proven experience in Training & Placement / Corporate Relations.
- Solid network with corporates and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling campus placements in universities or educational institutions preferred.
