Role Description Senior Manager – Sales,Jaipur, Rajasthan responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening HPCSL's presence in the logistics and EXIM market. This role involves leading the sales team, setting sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key customer relationships across domestic and international logistics segments.
Senior Manager – Sales will monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

The role also includes mentoring team members, representing the company at industry events, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand HPCSL's ICD network and service offerings.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years in EXIM Sales

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends,



and sales performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Candidates should possess business planning expertise, including sales strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and territory management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused approach with proven customer service capabilities and experience nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in sales operations, including CRM usage, pipeline management, reporting, and process optimization.
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, EXIM, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
