We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and support strategic business growth.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n Financial Reporting & Accounting

/n /n Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
/n Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.
/n Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

/n Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

/n /n Taxation & Statutory Compliance
/n /n Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
/n Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
/n Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters.

/n Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.

/n /n Audit & Compliance
/n /n Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits.
/n Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.
/n Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.

/n Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance.

/n /n Financial Planning & Analysis
/n /n Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.




/n Analyze business performance and profitability across business units.
/n Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management.

/n Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

/n /n Treasury & Working Capital Management
/n /n Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
/n Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.

/n Optimize fund utilization and oversee payment cycles.

/n /n Team Management
/n /n Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
/n Review accounting entries and maintain financial data accuracy.

/n Contribute to process improvements and finance automation initiatives.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and the Companies Act.

/n Understanding of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis.
/n Hands-on knowledge of ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
/n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
/n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

/n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).

/n Freshly Qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
/n Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts will have an added advantage.
/n Experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Aviation, Technology, or Service Industry is preferred.

/n Exposure to handling statutory compliances, audits, taxation, and multiple business entities will be an added advantage.
