Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving model architectures and datasets to improve the accuracy and contextual relevance of the models.

The workday includes iterative testing, evaluation, and enhancement of model outputs to ensure they meet the desired performance standards within targeted applications. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and practical implementation of language technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of fine-tuned language models to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of model development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, AWS Sql MLOps Concepts.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning pipelines for natural language processing tasks.
- Expertise in fine-tuning transformer-based models and adapting them to domain-specific datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and scalable infrastructure for model training and deployment.
- Ability to analyze and optimize model performance through rigorous evaluation metrics and error analysis.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large-scale datasets.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
