- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural areas of Halol Gujarat
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals cold calling and networking
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of customers to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for Personal Loans
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships
- Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner




- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors offerings to identify potential business opportunities Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Halol Gujarat
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
