- Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems ATS with candidate information
- Coordinate background checks drug tests and onboarding documentation
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics feedback and next steps

-Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents

- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed
- Assist in job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
