Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Analyze category performance using sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory, and profitability data.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Identify trends, demand patterns, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking on assortment, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Support assortment planning by evaluating product performance and customer demand.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to improve category performance.
- Assist in forecasting demand and monitoring inventory health to minimize stock-outs and overstock.




- Generate ad hoc reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and category data.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query preferred).
