Flychem Private Limited, a leading B2B provider of specialty cosmetic ingredients recognized for innovation, quality, and sustainability, is seeking a Senior Account Manager. The role involves managing the company’s complete financial operations and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with strong expertise in Tally ERP and familiarity with up-to-date financial tools. Exceptional analytical skills and proven managerial capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
n
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
n
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
n
- Conduct periodic financial audits, review processes, and ensure timely reporting.
n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
n
- Handle coordination with auditors, tax consultants,



banks, and regulatory bodies.
n
- Lead a team of accountants and finance associates, providing mentorship and training.
n
- Optimize the usage of Tally ERP and integrate other financial management tools effectively.
n
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- MBA in Finance preferred; Bachelor’s in Commerce mandatory.
n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
n
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with additional accounting software/tools.
n
- Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS).
n
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
n
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
n
