Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with assigned leads.

- Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups.

- Learn about the industry through training and apply the knowledge while interacting with customers.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; additional languages are a plus).

- Confident and professional on calls.
n
- Quick learner and willing to undergo training.
n
- Basic computer skills.

Salary: ₹1.8 – ₹2.0 LPA
