Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly professional and well-groomed Guest Service Associate to join the team at Taj Lands End, Mumbai . Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
n
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
n
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
n
- Maintain high grooming and presentation standards at all times.
n
- Provide personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests.
n
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and luxury service standards.
n




- Build positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
n
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
n
- Represent the hotel's brand values through outstanding hospitality.

Eligibility Criteria:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality property.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Professional grooming and polished personality.
n
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
