Proficient at planning strategy risk mitigation execution and delivery
Large OTM Implementation experience with Oracle EBSSAP interfacefootprint
Master data setup in OTM
BI Reports development and enhancements and issue fixing
Macro development and enhancements and issue fixing
Expertise in quick understanding of OTM logs
Experience with client facing consulting engagements
Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services
Strong analytical ability including the capacity to assess project requirements and develop effective Functional Designs to meet business requirements
Superior organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and to establish and manage own work schedule weekly activity
Ability to coordinate work across multiple geographies
Proven ability to delegate tasks and set up appropriate monitoring and control mechanisms
Results driven able to motivate diverse teams to achieve quality results
Functional knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and Oracle EBSSAP is essential
Experience with planning and managing large global IT projects
Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including but not limited to gathering requirements designing the future state solution the development objects related to their process scope as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
Experience working with design implementation and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for team-oriented information sharing
