Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Linked

In Ads, and You

Tube Ads .

Manage campaign budgets and improve performance through effective ROAS and CPL optimization.

Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.

Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel , and other analytics tools.

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.





Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager .

Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console , and conversion tracking.

Experience in remarketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization .

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Ability to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.
