-managed operations Must have skills Governance Risk Compliance GRC Tools Good to have skills Security Architecture Design Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary Experienced Service Now GRC Developer with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in implementing customizing and integrating GRC modules on the Service Now platform Proven ability to lead teams manage client expectations and deliver secure scalable solutions Adept at translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standard Roles Responsibilities o Collaborating with managers to determine security needs o Experience on project delivery and team management o Supervising recruiting and training security personnel o Developing work schedules allocating tasks and monitoring personnel performance o Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of Service Now GRC solutions o Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and synchronization o Support pre-sales efforts including effort estimations technical solutioning and proposal preparation o Integration of Service Now with 3rd party tools applications platforms o Hands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP Scripted Web Services o Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal o Positive Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades o Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations o Knows how to translate business problems into software technical requirements Professional Technical Skills o Bachelor s degree in computer science IT information systems management or equivalent area o Service Now certifications o Responsible for installation configuration and customization of Service Now GRC Platform o Proficient in developing integrating and maintaining applications using Service Now Platform technology and tools o Strong Knowledge in Service Now Scripting modules like Business Rules Script Includes Email Notifications Workflows UI Policies Data Policies Client Scripts etc o Knowledge of SDLC and VB Java scripting is a plus o Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer Metric Stream Bwise is a plus o Very good communication and customer management skills o Excellent command of English verbal written Additional Information
