We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about building a career in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
