As an LLM Operations Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. The role requires continuous monitoring of model performance to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensuring that all AI operations adhere to established compliance and security protocols is a key aspect of daily activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and reliable AI services forms an integral part of the work routine, alongside proactive management of system health and resource optimization to support evolving business needs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective deployment strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration tools to support scalable AI deployments.
- Robust understanding of monitoring frameworks and performance tuning for large-scale AI models.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to AI operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement robust solutions.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
