Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and monitor HR policies and governance frameworks.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

- Lead manpower planning and recruitment strategy.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Design and implement performance management processes.
- Develop talent review and succession planning frameworks.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.

Organization Development

- Lead organization structure reviews and role clarity initiatives.
- Drive competency mapping and leadership development.
- Facilitate change management and transformation projects.
- Promote continuous learning and capability development.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HR documentation and support statutory audits.




- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

HR Technology & Automation

- Drive HRMS optimization and digital HR initiatives.
- Implement HR analytics dashboards and MIS.
- Improve HR processes through automation and standardization.

Budget & Vendor Management

- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget.
- Monitor HR expenditure and optimize costs.
- Manage external HR vendors, consultants, and service providers.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Set performance objectives and review team outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
