The candidate requirements are as follows:

Qualifications: Ph. D. & Master's in Computer Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience of 20-25 years in Education field.

Research

- Leading research teams and contributing to the research agenda of the school of computing and promoting interdisciplinary research culture on University Campus

Teaching

- Creating a vibrant learning ecosystem in the school focusing on learning outcomes
- Designing degree programs at undergraduate or graduate levels, and updating the curriculum requirements for various degrees for industry relevance and regulatory recommendations

Service

- Preparing for rating and ranking of school and University
- Guiding and mentoring faculty for their career development
- Exploring collaboration opportunities with industry, NGOs and other Indian and International HEIs of repute towards bringing relevant research curriculum and promoting innovation in teaching – learning process
- Take up leadership roles at university level as per the requirements of the university
