to ZS We seek a Human Resources Associate Global Mobility Data Analytics for our Pune India office This position plays an important role in coordinating global mobility and immigration initiatives for our international workforce including employment-based work authorization business travel visas and other permit processes while also supporting data-driven decision-making within the HR function The role may assist with relocation support for new hires and internal transfers in India The position reports to a senior human resources leader and collaborates closely with colleagues across our global team What You ll Do Global Mobility Coordination Support all aspects of visa processing and mobility documentation in coordination with employees consultants and external counsel Manage tracking and timelines for immigration filings to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare or assist in the preparation of support letters forms and responses to immigration inquiries or requests for evidence submitted to USCIS Provide high-quality advisory support to employees on visa stamping embassy processes and business travel readiness Collaborate with travel coordinators and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery for inbound outbound assignments and business travelers Assist in relocation operations and expatriate assignment support when required Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts Participate in special initiatives or cross-functional HR projects as assigned Data Analytics and Reporting Collect analyze and visualize HR and mobility-related data to identify trends track compliance and optimize mobility processes Develop dashboards and regular reports summarizing key mobility metrics e g visa processing times relocation volumes assignment durations Provide data insights that support compliance tracking process improvements and strategic workforce mobility planning Partner with the HR Analytics or Reporting team to align data outputs with broader global reporting standards Support ad hoc analytical and data requests from leadership and global HR teams What You ll Bring Bachelor s degree required candidates with a BS or MS in Human Resources Business Data Analytics or related fields preferred 1-3 years of professional experience ideally in HR global mobility immigration or a similar function Demonstrated experience with data analysis reporting and metrics tracking using tools such as MS Excel Pivot Tables advanced formulas Power BI or other analytics software Strong attention to detail and organizational time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across multiple levels of the organization High degree of integrity confidential handling of information and professionalism under pressure Experience working in a multinational professional services environment preferred Self-starter who works well both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Power Point exposure to visualization or HRIS tools e g Success Factors is a plus Fluency in English Client-first mentality Intense work ethic
