Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership : - Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans- Lead infrastructure modernization, automation, and AI enabled transformation initiatives- Advise senior leadership on technology risks, resilience, and investment decisions2. Infrastructure Operations & Reliability : - Own availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of : 1. Data centers2. Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)3. Servers, storage, virtualization, and HCI4. Network, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, SASE5. End user computing (laptops, desktops, VDI)- Ensure 24-7 service continuity with defined SLAs and KPIs- Drive root cause analysis and permanent remediation for major incidents3. Cloud & Platform Management : - Manage hybrid and multi cloud environments- Optimize cloud cost (FinOps), performance, availability, and security- Standardize IaaS, PaaS, backup,



and resiliency architectures- Drive cloud governance, tagging, capacity planning, and usage controls4. Information Security, Governance & Compliance : - Own the Information Security Management System (ISMS), risk register, and security governance framework- Define and execute Zero Trust, identity centric, and cloud security strategy- Lead cyber incident response, breach management, forensic coordination, and regulatory reporting- Drive vulnerability assessment, remediation, patch management, and threat intelligence programs- Build a strong security awareness and compliance culture across the organization- Ensure audit readiness and closure for ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, BCMS, and other applicable standards5. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery : - Define, maintain, and test the BCP and DR strategy, including : 1. RTO/RPO alignment with business needs2. Backup, replication, and recovery architectures3. Periodic DR drills and resilience testing- Ensure preparedness against outages, cyber incidents, and disasters6. Vendor, Financial & License Management : - Manage vendors, OEMs, MSPs, and cloud service providers- Own infrastructure and security budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and enterprise license management- Ensure value realization and vendor performance governance7.
