Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and astrologers, coordinating consultations, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the service process.
2. Manage appointment scheduling, client onboarding, astrologer coordination, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and delivering a professional customer experience.
3. Resolve client concerns, support astrologers with operational requirements, and handle payments and service-related inquiries.
4. Ensure timely, confidential, and effective service delivery.
