Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,41,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 25,000 - 50,000 /year
