About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Operations & administration
1. Verify student attendance records across all academy batches.
2. Cross-check coaching dates, timings, and coaching hours.
3. Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
4. Ensure coaching schedules are properly maintained.

B. Coach performance & payroll support
1. Calculate personal training (PT) coaching hours.
2. Verify academy coaching hours.
3. Assist in preparing coach payout calculations.
4. Maintain monthly coach performance reports.

C. Business analytics
1. Prepare reports on academy revenue, personal training revenue, coach productivity, student attendance, and batch utilization.
2. Maintain Excel dashboards and operational MIS reports.

D. Tournament & event planning
1. Assist in planning the annual MCC tournament calendar.
2. Coordinate tournament schedules and event planning.
3. Support tournament registrations and operational execution.

E. Business development
1. Research new business opportunities.
2. Suggest cutting-edge revenue-generating ideas.
3. Identify partnership opportunities with schools, corporates, and communities.
4. Assist in planning workshops, camps, and special events.

F. Other responsibilities
1. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
2. Support the Director with business analysis and special projects.
3.



Recommend improvements to systems and processes.
