About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own day-to-day communication for a portfolio of 5-8 client accounts across India and international markets
2. Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs for design, copy, and paid media teams
3. Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals; ensure nothing slips between client and studio
4. Run client meetings and calls, capture minutes, and circulate action points within 24 hours
5. Send structured weekly progress updates covering work shipped, work in progress, and pending client inputs
6. Coordinate with paid media on campaign performance and present results in client-readable language
7. Manage revision rounds and negotiate scope so quality and timelines stay protected
8. Maintain account documentation including briefs, approvals, asset libraries, and invoices
9. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Working knowledge of Google Workspace and any project management tool (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
