Compensation: 2.4-3L PA plus Incentives

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated Junior Counsellor to join our growing Admissions team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with people, possess excellent communication skills, and aspire to build a rewarding career in sales and education. As a Junior Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through outbound calls, understand their learning requirements, create interest in our programs, and schedule counselling sessions with the Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
2. Generate interest and create awareness about BIA's programs.
3. Qualify student requirements and identify suitable learning opportunities.
4. Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for the Admissions team.
5. Follow up with prospective students regularly to maximize conversions.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead engagement targets.
8. Coordinate with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless student journey.
9.



Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication.
10. Stay updated on BIA's programs, admission process, and industry trends.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or admissions will have an added advantage.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is an advantage).

Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.





Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
