About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for this position.
2. Generate recent leads through personal network, social media, and online platforms
3. Connect with students, researchers, and clients for research & publication services
4. Maintain and organize lead data in Excel/Google Sheets
5. Regular follow-up with interested clients to convert them into customers
6. Handle client queries via call, WhatsApp, and email
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
8. Coordinate with internal team for smooth project execution
9. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
10. Track and report daily performance (leads, conversions, follow-ups)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹17,000 - 19,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,40,000 - 6,00,000 /year





Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
