About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized back office executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, managing documentation, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
2. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
3. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.
4. Coordinate with HR, sales, accounts, and operations teams.
5. Manage emails, files, and official documents.
6. Prepare invoices, quotations, and other business documents as required.
7. Maintain employee and client records.
8. Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
9. Organize and maintain office files and records.
10. Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
11. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
12. Perform other back-office and administrative duties as assigned.
