Business Development Associate (BDA) - Gurgaon (WFO)

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Week Offs: Monday & Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with IT professionals via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
Generate leads and schedule meetings with interested professionals.
Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
Update candidate details and activity in the CRM/portal.
Achieve daily outreach and productivity targets.

Eligibility:
Experience: 0-2 Years
Education:
UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)
PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Candidates with EdTech experience or a mix of EdTech & Non-EdTech experience are preferred.

Only Immediate Joiners or Candidates serving a notice period of 1-15 days will be considered.
