Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Follow up with clients for payments and collections.
3. Provide information about products and services.
4. Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
5. Draft professional emails for client communication.
6. Schedule meetings and appointments.
7. Maintain call records and update the CRM regularly.
8. Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
