About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
2. Recommend suitable learning programs based on students' academic background and career goals.
3. Explain program curriculum, fees, payment options, and career outcomes.
4. Build relationships with prospective students and follow up to increase enrollments.
5. Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
6. Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and fee collection.
7. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records and lead follow-ups.
9. Track KPIs such as talk time, demo volume, and conversion rates.
