About the job

We're looking for a candidate who has a passion for operations and managing multiple processes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform
2. Analyze data using MS Excel to optimize sales, inventory and returns
3. Communicate effectively with customers and vendors
4. Help coordinate logistics and shipments for orders
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales
6. Provide support in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
7. Contribute innovative ideas to improve our e-commerce platform and enhance the customer experience

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,04,000 - 3,14,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,64,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 40,000 - 50,000 /year
