- Conduct in office visits and product demonstrations to prospective clients across the Pune region

- Generate and qualify leads through field activities, networking events, and industry meetings

- Gather customer feedback and communicate product enhancement requirements to the development team

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of software solutions, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise technology landscapes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology products
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling approach

- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or sales engineering roles within software or technology industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and IT decision-makers
- Background in managing sales cycles from lead generation through closing
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Experience in Pune market or Maharashtra region is a plus
- Previous exposure to AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies highly desirable
