Salary: 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our healthcare marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and increase awareness of diagnostic and healthcare services. The role also involves promoting Home Blood Collection (HB) services by expanding the referral network and identifying current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate and manage doctor tie-ups to increase patient referrals.
- Promote Home Blood Collection (HB) services and drive awareness among healthcare partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development and marketing targets.




- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain records of doctor visits, tie-ups, follow-ups, and referral performance.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Organize promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and relationship-building programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical marketing.
- Experience in doctor engagement, referral marketing, or healthcare business development is highly preferred.
