About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and ERP/accounting software, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

This role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments to ensure timely settlements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain fixed asset records and process inventory-related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for financial documentation and record maintenance.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
- Perform any other accounting or finance-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance .
- Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Management, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
- Basic understanding of inventory accounting and fixed asset accounting.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, or other ERP/accounting software .
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication .
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation
