We are looking for an experienced Administration & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a luxury property.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise interior maintenance, including carpentry, polishing, painting, and repair work.

* Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.

* Handle procurement and purchase of materials and supplies.

* Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.

* Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance.

Salary between 2 to 3 lakh pa.

Requirements:

* Experience managing luxury homes, premium residences, or high-end facilities.

* Valuable knowledge of interior work, maintenance, and finishing.

* Strong vendor management and procurement skills.

* Honest, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Must be able to ride a two-wheeler; own bike preferred role & responsibilities
