Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with relevant experience in the Diagnostic or Pharma Retail sector. The role involves driving marketing initiatives, strengthening brand presence, and supporting business development activities across the Kolkata region.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and retail pharmacies
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits to promote services and ensure consistent client engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets within defined timelines




- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective closure of leads

Key Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales within Diagnostic or Pharma Retail industry
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the local healthcare and pharmaceutical market
- Ability to work independently and handle field-based responsibilities
- Target-driven with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration)
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or pharma retail operations will be an advantage

Compensation

- CTC up to 3 LPA (based on experience and performance)
