What would you do The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on compensation operations, rewards program administration, market benchmarking, analytics, and employee benefits support while ensuring service excellence and compliance with client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Support end-to-end compensation and benefits operations for client accountsAdminister salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and rewards processesAssist in compensation benchmarking and market analysis using internal and external data sourcesPrepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and client reviewCoordinate annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, and bonus planningSupport employee benefits administration and respond to compensation and benefits-related queriesEnsure compliance with client policies, labour regulations, and internal governance standardsMaintain accurate employee compensation data within HR systems and reporting toolsCollaborate with HR partners, payroll teams, and client stakeholders to resolve operational issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
