We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing,



and delivering POS, SoftPOS (SPOS), and Mobile POS (MPOS) payment solutions across Linux and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams in developing secure, scalable payment applications while driving EMV Level 3 certifications, production support, and product innovation.

The candidate will be responsible for payment application architecture, SDK development, host integration, payment kernel implementation, certification management, production stability, and technical leadership.

They will collaborate with banks, certification labs, payment networks, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant payment solutions supporting multiple card schemes and digital payment methods.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, RCA, and mentoring capabilities are essential. Experience in managing engineering teams, optimizing delivery, and ensuring production excellence is highly desirable.
