Purpose of the Role - To drive AI use-cases implementation for Abrasives line of business and contribute to AI Solutions Development
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Solution Development
- Design and build recommendation systems using appropriate ML techniques
• Analyze user behavior and data patterns to generate insights
• Continuously improve model performance and accuracy
1. Conversational Analytics (Primary Use Case)
- Enable users to interact with data using natural language queries
• Develop capability to convert user queries into structured queries on Power BI semantic models
• Integrate NLP / LLM-based solutions with structured datasets
1. Deployment & Monitoring
- Deploy AI models into production environments
• Monitor performance, accuracy, and user adoption
• Improve models based on feedback and usage patterns
Required Experience
- 36 years in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
- Experience building and deploying ML models in real-world scenarios
Key Skills
- Robust Python programming
- Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn / TensorFlow / PyTorch)
- Knowledge of recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid)
- Experience with NLP / LLMs (critical)
- Ability to convert natural language into structured queries
- Strong SQL and data handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Conversational BI / chatbot / NLQ solutions
- Familiarity with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / ML services
- Experience integrating AI models via APIs
- Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Strong problem-solving mindset
