We are hiring for a Finance Controller role for our client, a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organisation's overall financial control and reporting framework
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statement preparation and closing
- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits to completion
- Drive process improvements in financial controls and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and risk management
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in financial control and reporting at a senior level
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and statutory compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience managing statutory and tax audits independently
Good to Have
- Qualified CA
- Experience in a multi-entity or high-growth organisation
- Exposure to ERP implementation
