Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market benchmarking studies for pay competitiveness
- Administer employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Support annual compensation review and bonus cycles
- Ensure compliance with statutory compensation regulations
- Analyse compensation data to guide business decisions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in compensation and benefits management
- Good understanding of salary benchmarking and market data
- Solid analytical and Excel modeling skills
- Understanding of statutory compliance related to compensation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with HR analytics tools
- Exposure to ESOP/long-term incentive design
- MBA in HR/Finance
