We are hiring for a Finance Manager role for our client, a growing organisation.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience managing audits and regulatory filings
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Valuable to Have:
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance qualification
- Experience in a high-growth organisation
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
